Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK.

Do the products come fully assembled?
For more efficient shipping, we flat pack some of our products. The legs are really easy to attach using the pre-drilled holes and the screws included. All you need is a screwdriver and five minutes.
Where do you source the hairpin legs?
The hairpin legs are all sourced from European suppliers. Currently, the ones in stock are from the UK and Poland.
What paint do you use?
I use the furniture paint range from a Finnish brand called Tikkurila, and I mix this with artist quality acrylic paint to obtain all the exciting colours I want.
How do I care for my Life In Colour furniture?
To keep your item looking its best, please use a coaster under any drinks, and clean the tabletop by using a dry or damp microfibre cloth (or similar). Do not use harsh chemicals or wet cloths to avoid damaging the lacquer.
How much does shipping cost?
It's free of charge within the EU, and a very reasonable 15 GBP to the UK.
I'm placing an order from the UK. Will I be charged VAT?
When you browse, prices will be displayed including Finnish VAT at 25.5%. When you go to check out and add your address, the price will displayed without Finnish VAT, and you will be UK VAT when receiving your order.
I can't wait to receive my order! How long will I need to wait for it to arrive?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Orders within Finland have an average delivery time of 1-3 business days, and most orders outside Finland will reach customers within 3-7 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary depending on factors outside our control.
Oops, I placed an order but changed my mind! Can I amend or cancel it?
If you want to make changes to or cancel your order, please contact customer service at info@lifeincolour.shop as soon as possible. If your package hasn’t already been shipped we will sort this out for you straight away. If your order has already shipped, please return it within the 14 day return policy (please see below for instructions).
Oh no! I've received my order but it's been damaged in transit. What do I do?
If the package has been damaged, please immediately notify the courier and also contact our customer service at info@lifeincolour.shop.
Take photos of both the packaging and the product. Send the photos and a more detailed description to us within three days of receiving the order. Always save the damaged shipping packaging until your claim has been fully processed by us and the courier company.
I've received my order but would like to return it. What do I do?
We have a 14 day return policy, meaning you have 14 days to contact us if you for any reason wish to return an item.
Here's what to do:
- Before you return your product(s), please contact us on info@lifeincolour.shop.
- All items must be returned in unused condition.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable parcel option. Make sure to hold on to your postage receipt, since the responsibility of the return is yours until it reaches us.

Please note that we don’t refund the cost of shipping returns.
In the instance that your order is delivered to a collection point and you fail to collect it within the given time-frame, it will be returned to us. In this case, we will refund you the cost of the order deducted by the cost of shipping.
I love the products but would like something in a different colour or with different measurements. Do you take custom orders?
